Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. It contains 16 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer.
