It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. The 8-VFDFN Exposed Pad, 8-MLF? package contains this clock generator. This Clock PLL will be fed by ECL, PECL as its input. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. An up to 4GHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. As long as you provide 3V~5.5V supply voltage, it will work.
