In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. There is a clock generator embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains 16 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. A voltage of 3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. In this case, CMOS is designed to be the input of the clock generator.
