Clock ICs are packaged using the Tube method. As part of the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, this clock generator is embedded. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 16 terminations. The supply voltage of 3.6V allows for high efficiency.
