The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. In the 36-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 36 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. In this clock generator, Clock is used as the input to the clock. It provides a maximum frequency of 3.6GHz. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 3.45V. As long as there are 3.15V~3.45V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work.
