As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. As part of the 36-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As a result of this, we can find 36 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3V.
