Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result of this, we can find 48 terminations.
