As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. 8-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) contains this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are 8 terminations found in this file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS.
