There is a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. A J-FET-type buffer amplifier is shown here. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) case that is delivered with the instrumentation amplifiers. The number of terminations is approaching the 14 mark. It consists of a total of 14 pins in total.
