As the electronic part is packed in 36-XFBGA, DSBGA, international shipping is convenient. A high level of reliability can be achieved through the use of an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). It is mounted in the position Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a number of circuits 2:1. Operating temperature around -40°C~85°C extended. 36 terminations have been made so far.
