The switching controller fits in the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package and is ideal for most applications. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. Tube solid enclosure protects the pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. 4.5V~14V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. A -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher is not a problem. The switching controller can be switched at 100kHz~1MHz. dc dc regulator can be generalized using Surface Mount. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator.
