Tape & Reel (TR) is an acceptable method of shipping the power management.Packing in 98-VFBGA makes transportation convenient.An easy-to-adapt universal mounting system is provided by Surface Mount .At Portable Equipment and other applications, this power management is targeted.It is recommended that the operating temperature of the power management ic be set to -40°C~85°C to prevent malfunctions.The power management runs on 2.7V~5.5V voltage.Search TPS659114 to find more power ic's pin-to-pin solutions.The power management has 98 terminals.As a POWER SUPPLY MANAGEMENT CIRCUIT analog IC, the instruments designs has received much praise.The power managment ic is programmed with 98 pins.The board has a Surface Mount for mounting on PCBs or other boards.Powered by a 3.8V voltage, the power manager is capable of handling a range of demanding functions.In order for the ic supplies to operate, it will require at least 2.7V .To maintain the quality of the output, 11 channels work together.The power supply ic should not be fed with voltage that is higher than 5.5V .
