Ready for shipping the power management in Tray package.A convenient packaging is provided in the form of 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad .Surface Mount is a universal mounting method for easy adaptation.This power management targets at i.MX Processors and other applications.It is recommended that the operating temperature of the power management ic be set to -40°C~105°C in order to prevent malfunction.The power management operates at 2.8V~5.5V volts.You can find 48 terminals of the power management.As a POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT analog IC, the instruments designs has received much praise.It can perform a wide range of demanding tasks when powered by 3.6V voltage.In order to start the ic supplies, it needs at least 2.8V .As a result, 12 channels work together to maintain the quality of the output.The power supply ic should not be supplied with voltage above 4.5V .It is also possible to discover ALSO REQUIRE SUPPLY VOLTAGE 3.7V TO 5.5V using this integrated power supplies.
