The part comes in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. It works based on the NOR Gate logic principle. This part needs a voltage of 1.65V~3.6V to function properly. Around -40°C~125°C is the extended operating temperature.
