The part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 14-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width). High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). It works based on the Inverter logic principle. Voltage 4.75V~5.25V ensures the part's full functionality. Increasing operating temperature to around 0°C~70°C. Surface Mount is the mounting position of the part. In both high and low states, output current is - 8mA. It comes from the 74LS series. The total number of terminations is 14. It has 6 functions that enhance user experience significantly. LS is a chip that is part of this device. Search with 74LS05 if you are looking for device variants.
