The part is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). This packaging method provides high reliability because it uses advanced packaging techniques. This logic works according to the Inverter principle. A voltage of 4.5V~5.5V is needed to ensure full function of the part. Operating temperature extended to -40°C~85°C.
