The part is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. As a result, it works on the principle of NOR Gate. To ensure the part's full function, a voltage of 2V~6V is needed. The operating temperature is extended to around -55°C~125°C.
