Packed in 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width), the part is convenient for shipping overseas. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. A AND Gate logic principle is used to make it work. A voltage of 2V~6V is needed to ensure full function of the part. Around -40°C~85°C is the extended operating temperature.
