This part is conveniently packaged in 14-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width), making it easy to ship abroad. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Cut Tape (CT) is used. This logic works according to the NAND Gate principle. Ensure the part's full functionality by setting the voltage to 4.75V~5.25V. Operating temperature around 0°C~70°C extended. In Surface Mount, the part is mounted. High and low output current states are both 400μA 8mA. 74LS is its series number. Total terminations are 14. 4 functions in the part enhance the user experience significantly. There is a chip like this in LS. Search with 74LS00 if you are looking for device variants.
