The part is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width). The advanced packaging method Cut Tape (CT) provides high reliability. A Inverter logic principle governs its operation. In order for the part to function correctly, a voltage of 2V~5.5V is required. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~85°C. Surface Mount is the mounting position of the part. In both high and low states, output current is 12mA 12mA. This item is from the 74LVU series.
