Shipped in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), the part is easy to ship overseas. High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). NAND Gate logic is the basis of its operation. A voltage of 2V~5.5V is needed to ensure full function of the part. Increasing operating temperature to around -40°C~85°C. It is mounted in position Surface Mount. High and low output current states are both 12mA 12mA. It comes from the 74LV series. A total of 14 terminations have been recorded.
