There are LPDDR1, LPDDR2, LPDDR3, DDR2, DDR3, DDR3L, QSPI RAM controllers on this CPU. The microprocessor features interfaces I2C, SMC, SPI, UART, USART, QSPI for better service. 3.3V is the CPU's I/O address. Using ATSAMA5D24 will help you find variants of the cpu microprocessor. At 500MHz, the CPU operates. Please refer to the datasheets for 256 pins functions. The size of data Bus of the CPU is based on 32b-bit system.
