Since the microprocessor is packed in 780-BGA, FCBGA, shipping overseas is convenient. There are 1 Core 32-Bit cores/bus width on the CPU. Extended operating temperature around -55°C~125°C. This is a member of the Sitara? series. The CPU is cored with a ARM? Cortex?-A15 processor. There are DDR3, DDR3L RAM controllers on this CPU. With its CAN, EBI/EMI, HDQ/1-Wire?, I2C, McASP, McSPI, MMC/SD/SDIO, PCIe, QSPI, UART interfaces, this microprocessor will be able to serve you better. The CPU runs at 1.8V 3.3V when it comes to I/O. As far as the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is concerned, this is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC. Use AM5718 when searching for variants of the embedded microprocessor. There are 760 terminations totally. Turning on and running the embedded microprocessor with a 1.15V voltage supply should be possible. Detailed functions for 760 pins can be found in the datasheets.
