The embedded microprocessor has been packed in 515-WFBGA, FCBGA for convenient overseas shipping. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging methods Tray. A CPU with 1 Core 32-Bit cores and width 1 Core 32-Bit busses is used. Be aware of the operating temperature around -40°C~105°C TJ. This is part of the Sitara? series. ARM? Cortex?-A8 is the processor core of this CPU. A total of SDRAM RAM controllers are used by this CPU. To serve better this microprocessor features HDQ/1-Wire, I2C, McBSP, McSPI, MMC/SD/SDIO, UART interfaces. uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is MICROPROCESSOR, RISC.
