The embedded microprocessor has been packed in 491-LFBGA for convenient overseas shipping. High reliability is provided by the advanced packaging method Tray. A CPU with 1 Core 32-Bit cores and width 1 Core 32-Bit busses is used. The operating temperature around 0°C~90°C TJ should be understood. It comes from the Sitara? series. With a core count of ARM?
