The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in 324-LFBGA. Advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used to provide high reliability. Cores/Bus width is 1 Core 32-Bit. Extended operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. It comes from the SAMA5D3 series. ARM? Cortex?-A5 processors are embedded in this CPU. LPDDR, LPDDR2, DDR2 RAM controllers are used by this CPU. This microprocessor has I2C, SPI, SSC, USART interfaces to serve you better. In this CPU, I/O is set to 1.2V 1.8V 3.3V. To find variants of the microprocessor, try searching with ATSAMA5D33.
