The embedded microprocessor has been packed in 760-BFBGA, FCBGA for convenient overseas shipping. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging methods Tray. CPUs have 2 Core 32-Bit cores/bus width. Be aware of the operating temperature around 0°C~90°C TJ. The Sitara? series contains it. The CPU is cored with a ARM? Cortex?-A15 processor. A total of DDR3, SRAM RAM controllers are used by this CPU. The microprocessor features interfaces CAN, EBI/EMI, HDQ/1-Wire?, I2C, McASP, McSPI, MMC/SD/SDIO, PCIe, QSPI, UART for better service. At 1.8V 3.3V, the CPU runs its I/O. As far as the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is concerned, this is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC. AM5726 is a good way to search for variants of the microprocessor.
