There are 5 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. This power management is made up of 1 channels which are available in a series format. To assist you, this PMIC includes 5-TSSOP, SC-70-5, SOT-353 functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. Packages are specified to have an average peak reflow temperature of 260. There is a voltage supply of 3.3V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 2. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. A total of 5 pins are located on this power management. 5 pins are on the supervisor. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than 1.3V. There should be no more than 6V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~125°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Push-Pull, Totem Pole. Supplied with a operating current of 6μA, this PMIC is capable of fully function as specified.
