A 64-PowerTQFP package is supplied for space savings. The packaging way of Tape & Reel (TR) is adopted. Because it is a type of Audio, it delivers high-efficiency performance in many applications. As a mounting type, it uses Surface Mount. Operating performance at -40°C~85°C makes it possible to operate normally. The unit is integrated with 6 / 8 ADCs / DACs. An analog circuit is supplied with a voltage of 4.5V~5.5V. There is a supply voltage of 3V~3.6V provided to the digital circuit. In order to prevent signal reflections from off the end of the transmission line, 64 terminations are used. It is a kind of 64-pin electronic device. There are 64 pins configured on this board.
