LTC3863HDE#PBF

The LTC3863HDE#PBF is a highly versatile and efficient synchronous step-down DC/DC controller designed to meet the demanding power requirements of a wide range of applications. With its advanced features and robust design, this controller is ideal for use in telecommunications, industrial, and automotive applications. Featuring a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 60V, the LTC3863HDE#PBF can generate output voltages as low as 0.5V and deliver a maximum output current of 20A. Its integrated high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFETs provide excellent efficiency and thermal performance for high current applications. The LTC3863HDE#PBF offers a comprehensive set of protection features, including input and output overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, and thermal shutdown. Additionally, it features a Soft-Start function to limit inrush current during startup and a Power Good output to indicate the validity of the output voltage. With its compact size and high performance, the LTC3863HDE#PBF is an excellent choice for a wide range of power conversion applications.
