Introducing the MAX4995AFAVB+T, a state-of-the-art analog switch designed to meet the demanding requirements of modern electronic systems. This high-performance switch is perfect for a wide range of applications, including portable electronics, industrial instrumentation, and automotive systems. The MAX4995AFAVB+T features four low-voltage, single-pole/double-throw (SPDT) switches that offer low on-resistance, low leakage current, and high bandwidth. With an on-resistance as low as 0.55Ω, this switch minimizes insertion loss and provides exceptional signal integrity. Its low leakage current of 1nA (typical) ensures accurate signal routing without signal degradation. This analog switch also supports a wide supply voltage range from 1.5V to 5.5V, making it compatible with a variety of power sources. Its excellent transient performance and low propagation delay make it ideal for applications that require fast and reliable signal switching. Housed in a compact, 10-pin TDFN package, the MAX4995AFAVB+T offers high integration and saves valuable board space. It also operates over an extended temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, ensuring reliable performance even in harsh environments.
