Introducing the MAX1065BCUI+, a high-performance RF mixer from Maxim Integrated. This versatile device is designed to meet the demanding requirements of modern RF and microwave systems, offering excellent signal quality and performance. The MAX1065BCUI+ operates in the frequency range of 700MHz to 2000MHz, providing exceptional RF-to-baseband performance for a wide range of applications. It features a low-power consumption of just 7.8mA, making it an ideal choice for battery-powered devices. With its integrated LO buffer amplifier, the MAX1065BCUI+ offers excellent LO-to-RF isolation and LO frequency operation, ensuring optimum performance in RF mixer applications. This device also incorporates high linearity for minimizing unwanted spurious signals and maintaining signal integrity. The MAX1065BCUI+ comes in a small 10-TDFN package, making it suitable for space-constrained designs.
