LTC7801HUFD#PBF

The LTC7801HUFD#PBF is a high-performance synchronous step-down regulator that operates from input voltage sources up to 38V. It delivers up to 20A of continuous output current with excellent efficiency and low output voltage ripple. This makes it an ideal choice for various applications including telecom, datacom, industrial, and automotive systems. The LTC7801HUFD#PBF incorporates a high-side N-channel MOSFET, which allows for a wide input voltage range and eliminates the need for a complicated bootstrap circuit. The device also features an adjustable frequency range of 200kHz to 2.2MHz, enabling designers to optimize efficiency and size according to their specific requirements. With its advanced design and protection features, such as accurate overcurrent and overvoltage protection, the LTC7801HUFD#PBF ensures reliable and safe operation. The device also includes a Power Good (PG) output and accurate current monitoring for easy system status and performance monitoring.
