LTC7150SIY#PBF

The LTC7150SIY#PBF is an advanced synchronous buck-boost DC/DC converter from Linear Technology. It offers a wide input voltage range of 2.8V to 60V, making it suitable for a variety of applications, including automotive, industrial, and telecom systems. This converter provides a highly efficient power management solution with up to 98% efficiency, allowing for a reduced power consumption and longer battery life. It also features high performance inrush current limiting, ensuring a controlled and smooth start-up operation. The LTC7150SIY#PBF supports both constant-current and constant-voltage regulation modes, offering flexibility in power delivery. It also includes a proprietary very large input voltage operating range (VVINH) technology, which allows the converter to stay in regulation even during high input voltage transients. With a compact 3mm x 2.5mm DFN-16 package, the LTC7150SIY#PBF is easy to integrate into space-constrained designs. It is also designed to operate over an extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, ensuring reliability in harsh environments.
