LTC6948IUFD-2#PBF

The LTC6948IUFD-2#PBF is a high performance, wideband frequency synthesizer designed for use in a variety of applications including communication systems, radar systems, and test and measurement equipment. It is manufactured by Linear Technology, a leading provider of analog integrated circuits. This frequency synthesizer offers an output frequency range from 34.375 MHz to 4.4 GHz, making it suitable for a wide range of frequency synthesis applications. It features excellent phase noise and spurious performance, ensuring high quality signal generation. The LTC6948IUFD-2#PBF operates from a single 3.3V supply and consumes only 160mA of current, making it ideal for low power applications. It also offers a high level of programmability, allowing users to set the output frequency, phase offset, and other parameters easily through a serial interface. In addition, this synthesizer offers a wide range of frequency modulation options including frequency shift keying, frequency modulation, and phase modulation. It also features a fast lock time, enabling rapid frequency changes.
