LTC6101VHVCIS5#TRMPBF

Introducing the LTC6101VHVCIS5#TRMPBF, a high voltage, high side current sense amplifier designed to measure current across a shunt resistor in a wide range of applications. With an input voltage range of up to 120V, this amplifier is capable of accurately measuring high side currents in systems where the shunt resistor is located on the power-supply side. Its voltage output, proportional to the input current, can easily be interfaced with microcontrollers or analog-to-digital converters for further processing. Featuring a maximum gain of 20V/V, the LTC6101VHVCIS5#TRMPBF ensures precise current measurements even at small shunt voltages. It also offers exceptional performance with its low offset voltage of 200µV and a low input bias current of 15µA, resulting in minimal measurement errors. Built with a self-biasing architecture, the LTC6101VHVCIS5#TRMPBF eliminates the need for a dedicated bias voltage setup, simplifying the design and reducing system costs. This amplifier also provides robust fault protection, including an overvoltage lockout and an input common mode range that extends beyond the supply voltage rail.
