LTC4318IUF#PBF

Introducing the LTC4318IUF#PBF, a highly versatile and efficient I^2C/SMBus bus buffer from Linear Technology. Designed to provide robust line drivers and receiver solutions for I^2C and SMBus systems, the LTC4318IUF#PBF acts as an intermediary between the bus and the devices connected to it. This bus buffer is equipped with hot-swap capability, which eliminates the need for bus disconnect switches and allows for live insertion and removal of devices without disruptions. Its integrated level translating feature ensures seamless communication between devices that operate at different voltage levels, simplifying system integration. The LTC4318IUF#PBF has a low operating current, making it ideal for battery-powered applications where power efficiency is crucial. With bidirectional buffering, it enables the connection of multiple devices to a single bus without compromising signal integrity. To enhance ease of use, the LTC4318IUF#PBF features an enable pin that allows for enabling and disabling the bus buffer, as well as a stop clock output that can be used to control downstream devices.
