LTC4304CMS#PBF

The LTC4304CMS#PBF is a compact, low voltage I2C/SMBus bus buffer that provides a level-shifting solution to connect two different voltage I2C buses. It is specifically designed to resolve voltage mismatch issues that arise when connecting devices operating at different voltage levels. This bus buffer can safely connect I2C buses operating at voltages as low as 1.2V to buses operating at voltages up to 5V. It provides bidirectional level shifting, allowing devices operating at different voltage levels to communicate seamlessly. The LTC4304CMS#PBF features four voltage level shifting channels, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. It supports clock stretching and provides capacitance buffering, ensuring reliable communication between devices. This bus buffer also incorporates ±10kV ESD protection on the bus pins, safeguarding your sensitive electronics from electrostatic discharge damage. It is available in a compact 10-MSOP package, making it ideal for space-constrained applications. Overall, the LTC4304CMS#PBF offers a reliable, cost-effective solution for voltage level shifting in I2C/SMBus applications, making it an indispensable component in a variety of electronic systems.
