LTC3896EFE#PBF

Introducing the LTC3896EFE#PBF, a high-performance synchronous step-down DC/DC controller designed to meet the requirements of a wide range of applications, from industrial to automotive. This versatile controller features a V IN range of 4V to 60V, making it suitable for various input power sources. With its proprietary No-RSENSE™ technology, it eliminates the need for a sense resistor, reducing power loss and PCB space. The LTC3896EFE#PBF provides an adjustable output voltage from 0.8V to 93% of VIN, and its constant frequency peak current mode control ensures stable and efficient operation even under heavy load conditions. Additionally, it offers a wide switching frequency range from 50kHz to 900kHz, allowing for flexibility in designing power supplies with low output voltage ripple and high efficiency. Equipped with a comprehensive set of protection features, including overvoltage, overcurrent, and over-temperature protection, the LTC3896EFE#PBF ensures reliable and safe operation. It also offers a SYNC/MODE pin for easy synchronization with an external clock or switching to burst mode operation for enhanced light load efficiency. With its excellent performance, reliability, and flexibility, the LTC3896EFE#PBF is the ideal choice for various power conversion applications, from industrial control systems to automotive electronics.
