LTC3895EFE#PBF

The LTC3895EFE#PBF is an advanced step-down DC/DC controller designed for high efficiency and compact power supply applications. This versatile controller is capable of supporting a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 60V, making it suitable for a variety of applications including automotive, industrial, and telecom systems. With its integrated synchronous FET drivers and advanced internal compensation, the LTC3895EFE#PBF delivers excellent transient response and efficiency of up to 95%. It also provides a wide range of control flexibility, supporting both voltage mode and current mode control with user-selectable compensation. The LTC3895EFE#PBF comes in a compact 24-lead TSSOP package and operates in a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, ensuring reliable performance in harsh environments. Additional features include a programmable frequency up to 900kHz, a precision reference voltage, programmable soft-start, and a wide range of protection features such as overvoltage, overcurrent, and undervoltage lockout. Overall, the LTC3895EFE#PBF is a high-performance and versatile solution for efficient and reliable power supply designs.
