LTC3875IUH#TRPBF

The LTC3875IUH#TRPBF is a highly efficient, high-frequency synchronous step-down DC/DC controller designed to provide a regulated voltage output from a wide range of input voltage sources. With a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 140V, this versatile controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. Featuring a current mode architecture, the LTC3875IUH#TRPBF offers excellent line and load regulation as well as a fast transient response. Its wide switching frequency range of 25kHz to 1MHz allows for flexibility in designing power supplies with specific performance requirements. The integrated low on-resistance synchronous power MOSFETs ensure high efficiency even at heavy loads, minimizing power losses and maximizing power conversion efficiency. Additionally, the LTC3875IUH#TRPBF includes a comprehensive set of protection features, such as output overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, and thermal shutdown. The LTC3875IUH#TRPBF is available in a compact 5mm x 6mm QFN-32 package, making it ideal for space-constrained applications. With its exceptional performance and robust protection features, this DC/DC controller is an ideal choice for a wide range of industrial, automotive, and telecommunications applications.
