Introducing the LTC3868EUFD-1#PBF, a versatile and highly efficient synchronous step-down DC/DC controller from Linear Technology. Designed for a wide range of applications, this robust controller delivers exceptional performance and flexibility. Featuring a wide input voltage range of 2.5V to 38V, the LTC3868EUFD-1#PBF supports a maximum output current of up to 12A. Its unique architecture enables seamless transition between a wide array of operating modes including Burst Mode, pulse-skipping mode, and continuous inductor current mode, providing optimal efficiency across various load conditions. Equipped with a powerful and highly accurate on-board current sense amplifier, this controller ensures precise current regulation for enhanced system protection. The LTC3868EUFD-1#PBF also offers a wide operating frequency range of 100kHz to 900kHz, allowing for efficient operation for a variety of applications.
