LTC3863EDE#PBF

The LTC3863EDE#PBF is an advanced synchronous step-down regulator designed to provide high efficiency and precise control of voltage in a compact form factor. With its wide input range of 4V to 140V and an output voltage range of 0.8V to 60V, this regulator is highly versatile and can be used in a wide range of applications. This regulator features a current-mode control architecture, which enables fast transient response and excellent line and load regulation. The LTC3863EDE#PBF also incorporates advanced soft-start and tracking functions, allowing for smooth and controlled start-up and shutdown of the system. Equipped with an integrated low RDS(ON) NMOSFET, the LTC3863EDE#PBF provides high efficiency and can deliver up to 6A of continuous output current. The internal compensation and frequency optimization circuitry simplifies the design process and provides stable operation over a wide range of operating conditions. Furthermore, this regulator features a wide switching frequency range of 1kHz to 3MHz, allowing for flexible design options and minimizing the size of external components. The LTC3863EDE#PBF also offers a variety of protection features such as input and output overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, and thermal shutdown, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of your system.
