LTC3853EUJ#TRPBF

The LTC3853EUJ#TRPBF is a high-performance synchronous step-down DC/DC controller from Linear Technology. This versatile product offers a wide input voltage range of 4V to 60V, making it suitable for a variety of applications. With its integrated high-side and low-side power MOSFET drivers, this controller can deliver a maximum output current of 20A. The LTC3853EUJ#TRPBF features a constant frequency current-mode control architecture, which enables excellent line and load regulation as well as fast transient response. It also provides a selectable fixed frequency between 100kHz and 1MHz, allowing for optimization of efficiency or external component size. This controller offers extensive protection features, including overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, and thermal shutdown. It also includes a highly accurate onboard voltage reference that ensures precise regulation. With its easy-to-use pin-selectable options and robust design, the LTC3853EUJ#TRPBF is an ideal choice for a wide range of power supply applications, including automotive, industrial, telecom, and more.
