LTC3851EUD#TRPBF

The LTC3851EUD#TRPBF is a high-performance synchronous step-down DC-DC controller designed specifically for applications that require a high input voltage. With an input voltage range of 4.5V to 60V, this controller is capable of delivering a regulated output voltage as low as 0.6V, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. It features a current mode control architecture that provides excellent line and load regulation, as well as fast transient response. With its 1% output voltage accuracy, this controller ensures consistent and reliable performance across varying input and output conditions. The LTC3851EUD#TRPBF offers a comprehensive set of features including adjustable switching frequency, soft-start, hiccup mode short-circuit protection, and thermal shutdown. It also includes a sync input that allows synchronization to an external clock, as well as a power good output for easy monitoring of the output voltage. With its small and thermally enhanced 16-lead QFN package, the LTC3851EUD#TRPBF offers a compact and efficient solution for high input voltage applications, making it an ideal choice for a variety of industrial, automotive, and telecommunication systems.
