LTC3850IGN#TRPBF

The LTC3850IGN#TRPBF is a high-performance synchronous step-down switching regulator from Analog Devices. This innovative product combines high efficiency, low noise, and small size, making it ideal for a wide range of applications including industrial, communications, automotive, and consumer electronics. Featuring a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 38V, the LTC3850IGN#TRPBF can efficiently step-down voltages to as low as 0.8V, providing versatile power conversion options. With a maximum output current of 8A, this regulator is capable of handling a variety of load requirements. The LTC3850IGN#TRPBF utilizes a proprietary control architecture that enables it to achieve high efficiency levels of up to 95%. This results in lower power dissipation, reduced heat generation, and longer battery life in portable applications. This regulator also includes features such as adjustable frequency up to 2MHz, a constant frequency mode for low EMI, and a phase-lockable frequency for multiple regulators synchronization. Additionally, it offers a range of protection features including overcurrent protection, short-circuit protection, and thermal shutdown.
