LTC3850IGN-2#PBF

Introducing the LTC3850IGN-2#PBF, a high-performance synchronous step-down DC-DC converter from Linear Technology. The LTC3850IGN-2#PBF is designed to deliver up to 4A output current with exceptional efficiency and reliability. Featuring a wide input voltage range of 4V to 38V, this converter is suitable for a variety of applications, including automotive, industrial, and telecom systems. The LTC3850IGN-2#PBF incorporates an integrated 60mΩ low RDS(ON) N-channel MOSFET to minimize power loss and maximize efficiency. With a fixed frequency peak current mode control architecture, this converter offers excellent line and load regulation, as well as fast transient response. It also provides a soft-start feature to prevent excessive inrush current during startup. The LTC3850IGN-2#PBF comes in a compact 16-lead SSOP package, making it ideal for space-constrained applications. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, ensuring reliable performance even in harsh environments.
