LTC3813IG#TRPBF

The LTC3813IG#TRPBF is a versatile synchronous step-down current mode DC-DC controller designed to operate over a wide input voltage range from 4.5V to 60V. It is capable of delivering up to 25A of continuous output current, making it suitable for a variety of power conversion applications. One of the key features of the LTC3813IG#TRPBF is its high efficiency, achieved through a synchronous rectification topology and a constant frequency current mode control architecture. This ensures minimal power loss and maximizes the overall conversion efficiency. The device also offers a wide range of protection features, including overvoltage and overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, adjustable soft-start, and optional input voltage tracking. In addition, it incorporates a programmable output current limit to protect both the power supply and the load. The LTC3813IG#TRPBF is available in a compact 38-lead 5mm x 7mm QFN package, making it ideal for space-constrained applications.
