LTC3813IG#PBF

The LTC3813IG#PBF is a highly-efficient synchronous step-down DC/DC controller designed to deliver up to 5A of continuous output current. It offers a wide input voltage range of 4V to 60V, making it suitable for a variety of applications, including automotive, industrial, and telecommunications devices. Featuring a constant frequency peak current mode architecture, the LTC3813IG#PBF provides excellent line and load regulation, as well as fast transient response. It also offers adjustable and accurate output voltage regulation, with an output voltage accuracy of ±1% over the entire operating temperature range. To maximize efficiency, the LTC3813IG#PBF incorporates a synchronous rectification scheme, which reduces power losses and improves overall thermal management. It also includes a programmable soft-start function, a power good output for voltage monitoring, and a precision enable pin for accurate control. In addition, the LTC3813IG#PBF features a robust design with integrated fault protection, such as overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, and overtemperature protection. It comes in a compact 24-lead 4mm x 5mm QFN package, making it suitable for space-constrained applications.
