LTC3803ES6#TR

The LTC3803ES6#TR is a highly versatile, high efficiency synchronous buck regulator designed for a wide range of applications. This compact and efficient device is capable of converting input voltages from 4.5V to 28V down to output voltages as low as 0.6V with up to 98% efficiency, making it ideal for use in a variety of power supply designs. With a maximum switching frequency of 750kHz, the LTC3803ES6#TR offers fast transient response and excellent load regulation. Its integrated low RDS(ON) switches and synchronous rectification capability contribute to its high efficiency ratings, reducing power dissipation and minimizing the need for external components. The LTC3803ES6#TR also features a programmable output current limit, soft-start function, and a power good output pin, allowing for precise control and monitoring of the output voltage. Its small 6-lead TSOT-23 package makes it suitable for space-constrained applications, while its wide operating temperature range and built-in protection features ensure reliable operation in challenging environments.
